Applicants must submit their applications by November 27, 2009 via email to summerschool@ipsa.org.

Because space is extremely limited, students will be chosen via a selective process. Our goal is to attract the very best students in Latin America, with a student body composed of scholars and practitioners from across the region.

Applications to the Summer School must be submitted in English and include:

1. A complete application form (available at the bottom of this page);
2. A brief CV (2 pages maximum) highlighting the applicant’s research and teaching experience;
3. A brief statement of interest (250 words maximum) stating how the course will be relevant to the applicant’s research;
4. A written recommendation in English, Portuguese or Spanish from a professor or supervisor at the applicant’s home institution (this recommendation can be sent via email directly by the author, but must be received by the application deadline).

Applications will be reviewed and students advised of the result of their application by December 18, 2009.
